FAQ’S

  • The event will be open from:

    10:00 am - 5:00 pm

  • Once your tickets have been handed in or you purchase entry on the door you will have your hand stamped. This will allow you to re-gain entry throughout the day.

  • No dogs are allowed into the event except for guide and assistance dogs.

  • Stars of Time Comic Con reserve the right to reject or confiscate any weapon or prop if it is deemed possible to cause harm or offense.

    This includes items such as:

    -Metal blades

    -Guns (airsoft, BB, paintball)

    -Working projectile weapons

    -Laser pointers

    -Power tools (drills, chainsaws)

    -Chemical weapons

    Note: Nudity is not permitted at any of our events, if a cosplay is deemed to be inappropriate you may be asked to leave.

  • No prior notice or special permission is needed to bring a camera to the event.

TICKET INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE: It is not our policy to refund entry tickets unless the event itself is cancelled

  • There are 3 options for purchasing tickets:

    1: Tickets can be purchased online via Eventbrite

    2: Tickets can be purchased in person from G3 Toys, The Sovereign, Weston-super-Mare

    3: You will also be able to Pay on the Day at the Stars of Time Entrance

  • There are multiple cashpoints nearby including HSBC and Lloyds Bank.

  • Please note that scammers are in operation who may be selling fake goods online. To ensure your tickets are authentic please only purchase directly from Eventbrite using the links on the Stars of Time website or directly from within G3 Toys.

  • Unless the event is cancelled by ourselves we unfortunately do not offer refunds.
